Olá pessoal! Primeira custom de 2013!
Hello people! This is the first custom of 2013!
Para essa semana a vítima foi outra 1969 Chevy pick-up.
This week the victim was another 1969 Chevy Pickup.
Como forma de agradecimento ao ano passado, pelo volume de
visitas, o crescimento que o blog teve e a participação em forma de comentários
de apoio, dúvidas enviadas aqui pelo blog e por e-mail, eu resolvi produzir um
making off mais elaborado da 1ª custom de 2013.
O desafio dessa custom foi deixá-la mais próxima da pick-up
original da Chevy.
As a thank you to last year, the volume of visits, the growth that the blog had and participation in the form of supportive comments, questions sent here by the blog and send by email, I decided to produce a making off a little more elaborate of the 1st custom of 2013.
The challenge of this custom was let it more close to the pickup Chevy original.
Passo 1: A caçamba custom antiga foi retirada completamente,
mas eu mantive a parte que simula madeira, para servir de apoio para a nova
caçamba, além de ajudar a prender o chassis.
Step 1: The old custom bucket was removed completely, but I kept the part that simulates wood, to provide support for the new bucket, and help fasten the chassis.
Passo 2: A grade frontal e faróis foram refeitos em
estireno.
Step 2: The front grille and headlights have been redone in styrene.
Passo 3: A caçamba também foi feita do mesmo material dos
faróis e grade (Poliestireno - PS).
Step 3: The bucket was also made of the same material and the headlights grid (Polystyrene - PS)
Passo 4: Com uma lixa, muita paciência, eu foi dando acabamento no PS
para transformar uma forma plana em uma lateral que tivesse continuidade com a
parte da frente da pick-up.
Step 4: With sandpaper, a lot of patience, I was giving finishing in the PS to transform a flat shape in to a side that had the same design of the front part of the pick-up.
Passo 5: Após fazer a lateral, eu fiz o recorte das rodas,
acrescentei as caixas de ar da roda e o fundo da caçamba, todos em PS.
Step 5: After doing the side, I did the cuts to the wheels, I added the support and protections of the back wheels and the background simulating wood bucket, all made of PS
